What You Bring (Requirements)

• Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Professional appearance and willingness to learn.
