Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while creating a positive, collaborative culture where associates feel empowered to succeed. Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Sales & Customer Experience: Drive personal and store sales by building lasting customer relationships and delivering personalized service. Help your team exceed performance goals while creating memorable shopping experiences that reflect the Johnston & Murphy brand.
• Store Operations: Ensure the store consistently reflects Johnston & Murphy's premium brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards, creating an inviting shopping environment, and leading efficient day-to-day operations that support both the customer experience and business goals.
• Business Performance: Take ownership of your store's success by using sales insights and performance metrics to drive results, improve productivity, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Professional appearance and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

This position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands to operate controls and climbing ladders in a safe manner. In addition, the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

Pay

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 (salaried)
