Responsibilities

• Provide underserved customers access to high‑quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Set daily and weekly sales goals, oversee and direct coworkers’ sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor planned results for sales as measured by revenue and growth.
• Oversee direct coworker’s collection activities, follow‑up on accounts requiring manager intervention, approve customer commitments, provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with collection procedures.
• Monitor and achieve planned profit results by managing store resources, ensuring policy compliance, protecting assets through expense management, overseeing inventory, product ordering and pricing, cash handling, store security, and resolving problems and complaints quickly.
• Oversee training & development for all coworkers, schedule and organize daily activities and goals, staff, recruit and hire for the assigned store, maximize retention, reduce turnover, manage direct coworkers and train for exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC’s Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (will be driving company vehicles).
