As a Store Manager, you’ll lead from the floor, energize a team, and deliver results by balancing operations, team development, and customer wow moments.

Responsibilities

• Lead with presence — be the face, voice, and pace of the store.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience leading teams and delivering results.
• Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.
• Promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a plus.
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Essential Job Functions

• Frequently operate computer, printer, and occasionally cash register.
• Occasionally ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop in the stock room and on the sales floor.
• Identify and discern email/print instructions for layouts, schedules, and procedures.
• Frequently communicate with customers, managers, and coworkers (phone and face-to-face).
• Move across the sales floor and stockroom to direct associates and assist customers.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and place/move merchandise up to 5–10 feet high.
• Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
• At least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable laws.

Pay

$52,500.00 - $66,300.00 per year.
