Requirements
- 5–10+ years of leadership experience leading teams and delivering results.
- Experience managing a store or large department; retail preferred but not required.
- History of internal growth — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.
- Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.

Essential Job Functions
- Frequently operate computer and printer; occasionally operate cash register
- Occasionally ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock
- Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers face-to-face and on the telephone, as well as with managers and coworkers
- Frequently move across the sales floor directing associates and assisting customers, and to and from the stockroom retrieving and putting away merchandise
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5–10 feet
- Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
