Major Areas of Responsibility
- Maintains accurate records of patient-specific logs as required.
- Manages inventory ordering and tracks inventory control.
- Solves inventory discrepancies and resolves patient-staff conflicts.
- Develops and implements privacy policies and procedures for the security and confidentiality of patient information.
- Monitors and directs department managers to ensure goals are met according to safety procedures.
- Ensures compliance with state regulations and public health laws.
- Oversees the retesting, storage, and disposal of returned approved medical marijuana products.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for quality assurance plans, including handling dispensing errors and adverse events.
- Recruits and retains top-quality staff for each department; conducts interviews.
- Manages talent acquisition and workforce management plans.
- Creates and implements employee training programs.
- Conducts performance reviews and monitors employee productivity, attitudes, and performance results.
- Implements HR-related software systems in collaboration with IT partners.
- Maintains excellent facilities to enhance employee productivity.
- Provides company-wide communication and manages change.
- Ensures employee safety, wellness, and health & welfare.
