Store Manager
About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for interfacing and consulting with qualified patients and caregivers, and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Store Manager oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensary to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control as directed by the Vice President, Regional Operations.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Maintains accurate records and manages inventory ordering and tracking
- Solves inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts
- Develops and enforces privacy policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with HIPAA
- Monitors and directs department managers to ensure operational goals are met
- Ensures compliance with state regulations and maintains quality assurance plans
- Manages and implements policies for retesting, storing, disposing of returned products, and reporting adverse events and product recalls
- Builds a quality-oriented company culture emphasizing continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance
- Implements HR policies and programs to support company initiatives and manage compliance efforts
- Recruits and retains top-quality staff, conducts interviews, and manages talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Develops and implements compensation and benefit programs to motivate and reward effective performance
- Maintains employee safety, wellness, and health & welfare
- Provides company-wide communication and manages change
Pay and Benefits
$60,000 - $75,000 plus bonus and benefits
