Store Manager

About the Role
As an exempt leadership role, Store Managers are expected to maintain a flexible schedule that supports the needs of the business. This position typically requires 40+ hours per week, generally across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing levels, customer demand, store performance, and overall business needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and promotions.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty, creating results for teammates, customers, and the company.
- Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
- Track and meet payroll, budgets, and store goals.
- Keep records and relevant financial information current.
- Manage, schedule, and assign staff according to their skill level.
- Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
- Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
- Problem-solving skills as they relate to customer complaints.
- Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
- Ability to assist customers with personal sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid automobile driver’s license at all times; ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year college degree or equivalent.
Pay
Pay Range: $61,300.00 - $104,200.00
