About the role
Our Store Managers make an impact by strategically recruiting, training, and developing a productive store team whose primary focus is promoting our brand while creating an exceptional guest experience. They inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals while upholding daily operations and creating a fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategically recruit, train, and develop a productive store team
- Create an exceptional guest experience by focusing on the brand promotion and customer service
- Observe and listen to the team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience
- Analyze key business drivers to identify the root cause of performance strengths and improvement opportunities
- Create a positive environment for the team and motivate them to achieve sales goals
- Become a brand ambassador and build brand loyalty
- Care about helping team members succeed and provide support
- Communicate effectively and present ideas clearly
- Collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated and able to direct oneself
- Adapt and customize strategies to meet the needs of the business
Requirements
- 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry
- Passion for upholding an exceptional internal and external customer experience
- Professionalism and a level of sophistication to the role
- A team-centric leadership approach that motivates and inspires your talent
- Genuinely cares to help people succeed
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Collaborative with others, yet able to self-motivate and direct
- Committed to continuous learning with the ability to adapt and flex
- Able to adjust and customize according to the needs of the business
