Store Coach

Overview

The Restaurant Supervisor Lead is the second in command on the store leadership team. They lead, coach, and develop the skills of Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning restaurant operations side by side with the General Manager. The role sets the tone for the team, embracing MOD's diverse customer base and fostering an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create positive vibes and a welcoming atmosphere for both Squad Crew and customers
• Set and sustain the tone of the shift, keeping the energy high
• Lead shift duties checklists and address/escalate any equipment malfunctions
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, listen, acknowledge, and resolve Squad Crew and customer concerns
• Escalate issues requiring resolution to the restaurant general manager
• Model MOD's values of inclusivity and respect
• Focus on the growth and well-being of the Squad Crew and celebrate their successes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience coaching, teaching, and inspiring others
• Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; correcting and coaching in a compassionate manner
• Customer service skills and ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

Compensation

$17.70/hour when combining hourly wage of $14.00 and average tips of $3.70/hour earned at this location!
