Store Associate - Full-Time

About the role

Join as a Retail Store Associate to help feed communities by providing exceptional customer service, restocking shelves, slicing deli items, receiving products, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Your role involves engaging with diverse customers, promoting sales, and fostering a sense of community.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Stock, clean, and rotate products on shelves and in coolers.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety in compliance with regulations.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies to minimize shrinkage.
• Operate store equipment safely, including slicers, ovens, scales, and more.
• Support other departments and participate in store promotions.
• Perform additional duties as needed by management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of retail operations is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to differentiate products, and provide courteous service.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs., and handle various tasks.
• Experience operating equipment like slicers, ovens, and computerized machines.
• Some retail experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

Flexible shifts in a grocery store environment, temperature range 50°F to 90°F.
