Store Associate - Full Time

Role Overview

Join as a Retail Store Associate to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include restocking shelves, slicing deli meat, receiving products, assisting customers, and processing transactions, all while maintaining a clean and inviting environment. You will contribute to fostering community connections and driving sales.

Key Duties

• Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
• Maintain proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions through stocking, cleaning, and rotating products.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Resolve price discrepancies to minimize shrinkage.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations during product handling and preparation.
• Support other departments as needed and collaborate on store promotions.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of retail store operations, accurate vision, and the ability to learn product locations.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate various equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales.
• Experience in retail preferred but not mandatory.

Position Details
