What You'll Do:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and assistance to callers
- Relay messages to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner
- Help maintain organized records for production orders, invoices, and shipments, including aftermarket transactions
- Aid with billing and invoice processing
- Welcome and assist visitors, notifying the appropriate team members as needed
- Manage the distribution of incoming mail and packages
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
What You Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers
- An attention to detail with the ability to read and verify work order information accurately
