Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of stockroom material handlers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory control through proper receiving, storage, issuing, and tracking of materials.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized to support efficient material flow to production and other departments.
- Delegate and prioritize daily work assignments to support operational needs and production schedules.
- Train, guide, and support stockroom personnel on procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, or material issues in a timely manner.
- Cooky with purchasing, production, and other departments to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Absenteeism and tardiness are not tolerated.
- Absolutely essential to assist with receiving, shipping, and material handling activities when necessary to support operational demands.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory management systems, and quality requirements.
