Stockroom Lead Warehouse

About the role

The Stockroom Lead at TOMMY HILFIGER is responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of merchandise, maintaining an organized stockroom/off-site area, and ensuring merchandise is displayed appropriately to maximize sales. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead by example, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure the store's appearance is always presentable.

Responsibilities

• Processing HUB, 3rd-party deliveries, and special orders
• Maintaining an organized stockroom/off-site area
• Maximizing sales volume by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well represented
• Developing proficiency in all operational policies and procedures
• Motivating associates to meet goals/objectives
• Leading by example
• Demonstrating professional image and conduct
• Following specific divisional dress code policy
• Working as a member of a team to accomplish goals set forth in the store
• Ensuring store staff is treated professionally, courteously, and respectfully
• Taking an active role in own development
• Communicating concerns to management
• Supporting all company/mangement decisions
• Ensuring accuracy in all paperwork
• Following all company policies and procedures
• Maintaining productivity in non-selling tasks (i.e. shipment processing, inventory counting, and price change activities)
• Replenishing merchandise on a timely basis
• Having knowledge of the store merchandise
• Keeping management informed of all merchandise-related issues
• Completing POS set-up and markdowns/re-merchandising as needed
• Maintaining stockroom organization, merchandise/fixtures/hardware/general cleanliness
• Completing applicable sections of the management training program
• Passing the CHC testing
• Moving merchandise in bakers racks and rolling racks
• Using lift gate on truck when necessary

Pay

Pay Range: $18.90-$23.15 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
