Position Summary
TourToTeach, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, driving financial performance and sales, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and serving as a leader in team development.

- Teaches and develops teams by providing training and feedback.

- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
- Supports key stakeholders and identifies and addresses improvement opportunities.

- May require a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities selling firearms.
- May require a state-issued Certificate of Eligibility for facilities selling only ammunition and having state-specific requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college;
- OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience;
- OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University;
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
