Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the safe, timely, and efficient receipt of all merchandise
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Assemble products, execute markdowns, and perform salesfloor replenishment
• Support profitable sales, asset protection, and company handbook adherence
• Treat co-workers and customers respectfully and professionally, supporting brand identity
• Ensure shipments are processed effectively and promptly throughout the shift
• Operate with a professional, positive, and proactive attitude
• Commit to Kirkland’s Home Vision and Values, aligning with the Be GREAT Selling Model

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, stock experience preferred
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive drive to succeed
• Ability to read and interpret various documents including safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Compliance with company directives, Handbook, and Manuals
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet business needs, including early mornings and off-hours
• Physical capabilities to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and handle bulky merchandise
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from various locations
