Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the receipt of merchandise safely, promptly, and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom.
• Assemble products, execute markdowns, and perform salesfloor replenishment tasks.
• Support achieving profitable sales, safeguarding company assets, and upholding the Company Handbook.
• Treat co-workers and customers respectfully and professionally, adhering to the company's dress code.
• Show commitment to company initiatives and take proactive steps to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate with a positive, professional attitude and be available for weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Comply with company directives, Handbooks, and Manuals.
• Work flexible hours to meet the business needs of the store, including early mornings and off-hours.
• Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Climb ladders and lift/bend to stock and retrieve merchandise from various locations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but stock experience is preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move bulky merchandise as needed.
• Physical capabilities to stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise.
