Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the safe, timely, and efficient receipt of all merchandise
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Assemble products, execute markdowns, and perform salesfloor replenishment
• Support achieving profitable sales, safeguarding company assets, and upholding the Company Handbook
• Treat co-workers and customers respectfully and professionally, adhering to the company’s dress code
• Show initiative to ensure shipments are processed effectively and promptly
• Operate with a professional, positive, and proactive attitude throughout shifts
• Commit to Kirkland’s Home Vision and Values, supporting the Be GREAT Selling Model

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but stock experience is preferred
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Compliance with company directives, Handbooks, and Manuals
• Flexibility to adjust schedules to meet store needs, including early mornings and off-hours
• Physical ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and handle bulky merchandise
• Capacity to stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from various locations
