Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the safe, timely, and efficient receipt of all merchandise
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Assemble products, execute markdowns, and perform salesfloor replenishment
• Support profitable sales, asset protection, and company branding
• Treat co-workers and customers respectfully and professionally
• Ensure shipments are processed effectively and promptly
• Operate with a professional, positive, and proactive attitude
• Comply with company directives, Handbook, and Manuals
• Work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Climb ladders and lift/bulk merchandise as required
• Perform tasks requiring stooping, bending, and lifting

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary, but stock experience is preferred
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive personality
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and committed to company goals
• Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and perform physical tasks
