Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assemble product, execute markdowns and perform salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales, safeguarding company assets, and adhering to the Company Handbook.
• Treat co-workers and customers respectfully and professionally, supporting company branding through adherence to dress code.
• Show initiative during shifts to ensure shipments are processed effectively and promptly.
• Operate with a professional, positive, and proactive attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland’s Home Vision and Values, aligning with the Be GREAT Selling Model.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary, but stock experience is preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret various documents including safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Compliance with company directives, Handbooks, and Manuals.
• Flexibility to work shifts that meet the business needs of the store, often involving early mornings and off-hours.
• Physical capabilities to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and handle bulky merchandise.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from various locations within the store.
