Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the safe, timely, and efficient receipt of all merchandise
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Assemble products, execute markdowns, and perform salesfloor replenishment
• Support profitable sales, asset protection, and company handbook adherence
• Treat co-workers and customers respectfully and professionally
• Adhere to company branding and dress code
• Show initiative to ensure shipment processing is effective and timely
• Operate with a professional, positive, and can-do attitude
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland’s Home Vision and Values

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, stock experience preferred
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to understand and follow company directives, Handbooks, and Manuals
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including early mornings and off-hours
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and stoop, bend, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise
