Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the safe, timely, and efficient receipt of all merchandise
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Assemble products, execute markdowns, and perform salesfloor replenishment
• Support profitable sales, asset protection, and company handbook adherence
• Treat coworkers and customers respectfully, supporting company branding
• Ensure shipments are processed effectively and promptly
• Operate with a professional, positive, and proactive attitude
• Comply with Kirkland’s Home Vision and Values, focusing on the Be GREAT Selling Model

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but stock experience is preferred
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Understanding and compliance with company directives, Handbooks, and Manuals
• Flexibility to adjust schedules to meet business needs
• Capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Physical capabilities to climb ladders and handle bulky merchandise
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise
