Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Treat co-workers and customers respectfully and professionally, supporting company branding through adherence to dress code.
• Show initiative during every shift to ensure shipments are processed effectively and promptly.
• Operate with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland’s Home Vision and Values that support the Be GREAT Selling Model.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary, but stock experience is preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to understand and follow company directives, Handbook, and Manuals.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the business needs of the store, often involving early mornings and off-hours.
• Physical ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more on a regular basis, climb ladders, and perform tasks such as stooping, bending, and lifting to stock and retrieve merchandise.
