About the role

You will be responsible for stock management in alignment with KPIs, corporate guidelines, and procedures. Your role will facilitate the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and minimize stock losses. You will ensure the implementation of guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during the entire handling process.
• Properly manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise following corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
• Organize, manage, and perform product counting and stocktakes.
• Assure accurate product flow tracking through the SAP system.
• Manage product flow during repairs.
• Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns.
• Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines and deadlines.

Requirements

• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Mature and assertive.
• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
