Stock Representative, Retail

Primary Job Duties

• Rotate to various outlets/stores as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of all merchandise and products.
• Receive the shipments in a timely manner.
• Receive, unpack, and put away or transfer the daily deliveries of merchandise.
• Aid with store recovery and stock room organization.
• Complete stock counts as requested.
• Maintain and manage stock areas.
• Perform general stocking duties daily including storing and stocking products in/on bins, pallets, shelves, racks, and refrigerators.
• Move, handle, and transport finished products, material, or supplies to other departments by utilizing hand jacks, lift carts, and other means of transportation.
• Load, unload, and move heavy, bulky products.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards (including backroom and shelves) and dispose of trash.
• Help and assist customers in finding merchandise and providing them with information.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and encourage colleagues to do the same.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle and transport pallets using a pallet jack.
• Effectively communicate in English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting preferred.
• At least six months of experience as a Retail Stocker in a similar or related environment.
• Minimum Education And Experience: At least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificates, Licenses, Regulations: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to obtain the following: Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Physical Demands: Prolonged sitting/standing. Bending and reaching. Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 25 lbs. Eye/hand coordination. Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions.
