STOCK LAYUP TECHNICIAN

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Tier 1 Technician to join our team. This role involves working with advanced materials such as carbon fiber, 2-part foams, and resin systems. Success requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and the discipline to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform material layup, foam pouring, and resin application.
• Operate hand tools such as die grinders for finishing work.
• Learn and apply knowledge of various carbon fiber types, resin systems, and stock materials.
• Assist with press and injection system processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow established procedures and quality guidelines from start to finish on assigned tasks.
