STOCK CONDITION SURVEYOR

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals to undertake Stock Condition Surveys, Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA), and Retrofit Assessments on housing properties.

Responsibilities

• Conducting stock condition surveys to assess the remaining lifespan of key components (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms).
• Evaluating the internal and external condition of customer properties.
• Using HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks.
• Carrying out EPC assessments as a qualified DEA.

Requirements

Using a tablet device, you will record property condition, energy efficiency, and compliance with housing safety standards.

Qualifications

A relevant degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in using tablets and digital assessment tools.
• Knowledge of HHSRS and EPC assessments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

Flexible working hours and a competitive hourly rate of £28 - £31.

Pay

£28 - £31 per hour.
