SENIOR M&E CONDITION SURVEYOR

About the role

Senior M&E Condition Surveyor to initially cover the South East of the UK. Coverage will be required across our wider portfolio on a more ongoing basis with expenses paid. Own transport will be vital.

Responsibilities

• Undertake asset verification, condition or dilapidation surveys on M&E plant
• Undertake data capture and record in our confirmed template
• Audit and provide specific insight into the condition, performance and operational risk of M&E systems
• Produce full building system cause and effect reports
• Correctly identify, anticipate and where appropriate research all M&E assets expected in any built environment
• Review statutory compliance documentation pertaining to building regulations, H&S and fire safety

Requirements

• Engineering qualifications
• Significant experience in managing building safety/customers safety/M&E compliance based works
• Experience of working within the construction and/or building sector
• Post inspection and on-site audit experience of M&E equipment
• Experience of interpreting information and undertaking analysis of information from differing sources to formulate a conclusion
