Surveyor

About the role

Prince Telecom is seeking a Site Surveyor for both pre-sale and post-sale lines of business. This role involves responding to design/documentation demands and meeting response time and output goals under the direction of the construction manager.

Responsibilities

• Taking notes and measurements of proposed Telecom equipment sites using measuring tools.
• Writing/drawing measurements onto field maps and taking photos of site plans.
• Using collected data to assist engineers in designing telecom equipment placements.
• Developing base mapping and providing field engineering services.
• Estimating telecom equipment placements for presale contract bids.
• Adhering to project execution guidelines.
• Identifying and addressing project issues and risks, participating in response plans.
• Understanding and aligning with current and future business goals.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• Advanced training in telecommunications/MDU/Commercial Engineering.
• Experience with fiber-specific projects, network deployments, and related fields.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience working in various weather conditions.
