Stimulus Coffee + Bakery Manager

About the role

The Stimulus Manager oversees daily operations, leads the front of house staff, manages labor and revenue, orders supplies, and completes daily reporting. This position collaborates closely with the Pastry Chef to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and other specialty beverages per Stimulus Brand standards and within health guidelines.
• Manage and lead the Stimulus front of house.
• Cook and serve baked goods as needed.
• Coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage, and labor cost while maintaining the daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and customers.
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales.

Requirements

• Obtain a Food Handlers Card (Oregon state approved).
• One year management experience - preferred in a cafe/coffee shop environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively as part of a team.
• Skills to work independently, effectively manage own time.
• Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Skills to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written instructions, ingredients and recipes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Pay

$62,000- $67,000 annually.
