Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in the review and development of estimates/proposals including certifying various elements of cost and compliance with RFP and Government regulations.
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills – represent Supply Chain across functions and varying levels of management
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in material Cost Takeout Strategies, reporting and measures

This team lead will give direction to junior analysts supporting the referenced programs. The focus spans across the Army and Airforce, Maritime and Mission Systems, and S-70i market segments with a focus on US Coast Guard development programs.
THE WORK
You will be pivotal in developing, reviewing, analyzing, and approving material estimates. This includes supporting FAR/DFARS compliant proposals, cost volumes, and Direct Commercial Sale proposals using SAP/LMP2P tools. You'll define and implement proposal strategies, standardize processes, and recruit talent for these market segments within the MCE organization and Supply Chain Business Support team.

- An analytical professional with strong Excel expertise and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading cost and schedule analysis while collaborating across functional teams.
