Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in a pricing / estimating related field
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel spreadsheets
• Familiarity or experience with FAR, Part 15 proposal requirements

Proposal Analyst Sr

What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Proposal Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy for AMMM (C-130J, C-5, and P-3) development and sustainment programs. As the pricing subject matter expert, you will develop accurate, data-driven cost estimates and pricing proposals that directly support competitive contract pursuits, customer negotiations, and long-term program success. This highly collaborative role partners with engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, and customer-facing teams to deliver pricing solutions that align with customer requirements, business objectives, and corporate compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and deliver comprehensive cost estimates and pricing proposals for development and sustainment efforts across AMMM programs
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, and Program Management to gather inputs and build competitive pricing strategies
• Prepare pricing packages and financial analyses that support proposal submissions, customer negotiations, and contract modifications
• Ensure pricing methodologies are accurate, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements, government regulations, and company policies
• Analyze historical data, cost trends, and program requirements to develop defensible cost estimates and identify financial risks and opportunities
• Support long-range business planning by providing pricing recommendations and financial insights that influence strategic decision-making
• Present pricing assumptions, cost analyses, and recommendations to program leadership and executive stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance proposal quality, pricing efficiency, and estimating processes

• Knowledge of the proposal process and familiar with Basis Of Estimates (BOEs)
• Current Secret clearance
• PROPRICER experience
• Excellent written, oral, and task coordination skills
• Experience coordinating complex estimates with changing requirements and deadlines
