About the role
Responsible for managing contracts within a hybrid telework environment. This includes overseeing contract execution, compliance, and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor contract performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and present contract-related reports to senior management as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a telework environment.
- Experience with contract negotiation and compliance procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of contract management software such as Oracle or SAP.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
