About the role

Responsible for managing contracts within a hybrid telework environment. This includes overseeing contract execution, compliance, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor contract performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present contract-related reports to senior management as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a telework environment.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and compliance procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of contract management software such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
