About the role

The Steward Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stewarding department, ensuring total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Responsibilities also include controlling storeroom orders and issuing china, silver, and glassware. The supervisor must ensure that all food and beverage outlets have adequate equipment to function effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• A sanitation certificate
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Flexibility with working hours
• People-oriented and able to generate creative ideas
• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage

Qualifications
