About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the electrical and mechanical maintenance teams, providing expertise to resolve complex issues and ensure equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily activities of the electrical and mechanical maintenance teams, maintaining a strong, visible presence in the Plant.
- Provide expertise to Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and contractors to resolve complex issues.
- Plan and schedule work orders while ensuring equipment reliability across the plant.
- Ensure equipment reliability
- Improve maintenance methodology (Leadership, Planning & Scheduling, Skills Development, Root Cause Analysis, Workshop & Facilities, Engineering Interface, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Technical Database, Storeroom Management)
- Ensure ESH Compliance by participating in and supporting safety and environmental programs (BBS, Safety Meetings, Contractor/Guest Safety, cGMP, OSHA/EPA/FDA/DOT, etc.)
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years plant maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of all crafts: mechanical, electrical, instrumentation
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated leadership and change management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong Organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks with overlapping or conflicting priorities
Qualifications
- Preferred: Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in a technical discipline (Engineering, Maintenance, Instrumentation, etc.)

$84,000 - $115,000 annually
