This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances. Qualifications Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in stewarding, ideally within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end culinary environment. Proven ability to thrive in high-volume settings while maintaining exceptional standards. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting back-of-house operations. Familiarity with professional-grade cleaning equipment and food safety standards is highly valued. Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout all kitchen and dishwashing areas, ensuring all hygiene and sanitation protocols are met without exception. Work Ethic: Demonstrates reliability, discretion, and a consistent drive for excellence. Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities with pride and precision. Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in warm, humid environments.
