Qualifications
- High School Graduate / GED
- Experience in sterile processing or related field preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow safety standards and protocols
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies
- Maintaining sterilization cycles and resolving issues promptly
- Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms
- Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials
- Working closely with nurses and surgeons to support smooth surgeries
