Sterile Processing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department, overseeing workflow, staffing, training, and quality assurance.
• Perform hands-on sterilization and processing tasks to ensure proper decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and timely delivery of surgical instruments and trays.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate with clinical teams to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure instruments meet regulatory standards, maintain high standards of patient safety, and support seamless clinical operations through effective team management and process optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Military experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and operational expertise.
• Hands-on sterile processing experience and supervisory background.
• Relevant certifications.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.
