About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our new store opening in Flensburg.

Responsibilities

• Deputize for the Store Manager, including all associated duties
• Lead the store team together with the Store Manager – modern leadership is key, motivating employees through attractive goals and ensuring development through coaching and training
• Recruit and optimally onboard new employees in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Monitor the economic development of your store and derive appropriate measures for its success
• Ensure the latest trends are always showcased in your store to inspire customers and boost sales
• Handle administrative tasks in the back office

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Initial leadership experience, ideally in textile retail
• Authentic leadership personality who engages and motivates the team with charisma
• Naturally enthusiastic about people and motivated to inspire them toward new goals
• Sales talent that puts customers first; your fashion sense inspires others
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Hands-on mentality, communicative, and a true team player
