About the role
The Assistant Store Manager assists William Warren Properties' customers during some of their most challenging times. They manage all aspects of the rental process, including converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, guiding customers on their journey, and managing operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with responsibilities across four-six different store locations.
- Manage the rental process including: converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, assisting with truck rentals, collecting past-due accounts, and guiding customers on their journey.
- Manage operational activities such as inspecting stores daily, maintaining cleanliness, performing minor maintenance, cleaning vacated units, contacting vendors for repairs, handling cash, balancing receipts, processing bank deposits, reconciling petty cash, and going to the post office and bank.
Requirements
- 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience
- Tech Savvy is a plus
- Experience in Cash Handling required
- Available on weekends

Pay
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour + Bonus Potential
Schedule
Regular and consistent attendance at the assigned location is required. Ability to work weekends as needed or required.
