Stator Winder (Mon-Fri 12 am-8 am)

Responsibilities

• Learn all operations of a Stator Winder.
• Become familiar with all tooling and equipment.
• Wind, block, band, mix resin, clean, braze, insulate and set‑up for heat cycle (GVPI).

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Preferably 4 or more years of industrial‑mechanical experience.

Skills

• Proficiency with shop tools and ability to use precision measuring equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and complete simple forms.
• Ability to pass hearing, vision and pulmonary tests.
• Ability to be fit to wear a respirator.
• Ability to obtain a fork truck license.
