We need to extract substantive content: Who We Are, What We Offer (Impact, Growth, Diversity & Inclusion, Benefits, Public Service Loan Forgiveness), General Definition (job description), Contact Information, Notes to Applicants and Projected Exam Information (including eligibility, residency waiver, preference points, etc.), Level of Education Required, Minimum Acceptable Training And Experience, Physical And Medical Requirements, Licenses, Registrations And/Or Certificates, Transcript And Licenses Requirements (cut off). Also need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions (like only online application accepted, computers available, contact info for inquiries). However contact info may be considered metadata; we can fold minor metadata into short p or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Contact info maybe minor metadata; we can include as a short p under a section? But we should not create sections for contact info unless there is real specific content. Probably we can include a

with contact info after the job description. We need headings:

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes "Who We Are" (maybe About the role?), "What We Offer" (Benefits etc), "General Definition" (role description), "Level of Education Required", "Minimum Acceptable Training And Experience", "Physical And Medical Requirements", "Licenses, Registrations And/Or Certificates", "Transcript And Licenses Requirements". Also "Notes to Applicants and Projected Exam Information" includes eligibility, residency waiver, preference points, projected exam date, etc. That could be considered Requirements or Qualifications. We need to map content to headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings from that list. For "Who We Are" maybe "About the role". For "What We Offer" maybe "Benefits". For "General Definition" maybe "Responsibilities". For "Level of Education Required" maybe "Qualifications". For "Minimum Acceptable Training And Experience" maybe "Requirements". For "Physical And Medical Requirements" maybe "Requirements" as well but could be separate? Might combine. For "Licenses, Registrations And/Or Certificates" maybe "Qualifications". For "Notes to Applicants and Projected Exam Information" maybe "Requirements" or "Qualifications". However we should avoid duplicate headings; better to have a few substantive sections. Let's think: The posting includes: - Who We Are: description of city values, work environment, benefits, loan forgiveness, etc. This is more about employer, not role. Could be "About the role" or maybe we skip as not required? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we can include a section "About the role" with that content. - What We Offer: Impact, Growth, Diversity & Inclusion, Benefits (including loan forgiveness). This is benefits; we can put under "Benefits" heading. - General Definition: description of duties (monitoring systems, touring, repairing, etc.) => Responsibilities. - Level of Education Required: High School/GED => Qualifications. - Minimum Acceptable Training And Experience: education + license + experience => Requirements. - Physical And Medical Requirements: ability to perform duties => maybe under Requirements or Qualifications. - Licenses, Registrations And/Or Certificates: specific licenses => Qualifications. - Transcript And Licenses Requirements: need to submit transcript => maybe under Requirements (documentation). - Notes to Applicants and Projected Exam Information: eligibility, residency waiver, preference points, projected exam date, etc. This is more about exam process; could be under "Requirements" or maybe a separate section "Exam Information". But we only allowed headings from list; we could use "Requirements" to include eligibility etc. However that may be mixing. Better to create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. That covers all. Let's extract content: About the role (Who We Are): - As an employer, the City of Philadelphia values inclusion, integrity, innovation, empowerment, and hard work above all else. - We offer a vibrant work environment, comprehensive health care and benefits, and the experience you need to grow and excel. - If you’re interested in working with a passionate team of people who care about the future of Philadelphia, start here. Documentation of residence may be required if there is any question as to whether you meet the residency preference requirements. The name of the eligible candidate will be returned to the eligible list. - Preference Points For Candidates For Open-competitive Exams: Candidates who pass Open-Competitive exams may be eligible for additional points added to their final score.
