At our FBO in Teterboro, NJ, the Customer Service Agent team helps shape the experience from the moment passengers and crew arrive. This is a role for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with warmth and professionalism, and creating a smooth, welcoming experience in a fast-moving aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for passengers and crew members.
• Coordinate service requests.
• Answer questions and provide information.
• Support transportation and catering arrangements.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure each interaction feels polished, responsive, and personal.

• No direct FBO experience is required.

Pay

The expected hourly range for this opportunity is $22.00‑$23.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and alignment with the role.
