Starbucks Supervisor - Maverick Casino & Hotel Elko

Responsibilities

• Ensures all employees follow company policies and procedures.
• Handles customer service issues as they arise.
• Trains new employees on Starbucks’ products and services.
• Makes sure all company policies are followed by employees daily.
• Assigns tasks to employees working on projects like event planning or promotional material creation.
• Manages employee schedules to cover all shifts.
• Reports customer complaints to management for follow-up.
• Updates computer systems with new inventory, employee information, or policy changes.
• Performs related duties as required.

Requirements

• High school or GED diploma.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and cooperation.
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a pleasant/clean appearance.
• Honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to handle money.
• Physical abilities: grasp, bend, stoop, push/pull up to 40 lbs., stack up to 100 lbs., constant computer/POS register and bar equipment usage, clear vision at near and far distances, constant talking, distinguishing flavors and odors with accuracy, constant clarity of vision, punctuality, and reliable attendance.
