Team Supervisor - Starbucks

About the role

Hersheypark amusement park, spanning 121-acres, welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long. As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, it features more than 70 rides including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, a zoo, and a water park. The Food and Beverage Supervisor role oversees Starbucks operations within this vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate F&B operations for Starbucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and outside patio.
• Monitor food preparation and beverage recipes to ensure quality and adherence to regulations.
• Control expenses through effective staffing, waste monitoring, and resource management.
• Ensure strict adherence to Child Labor Laws and report any violations.
• Monitor daily financial results and report issues or concerns to management.
• Provide first-line support to guests with issues or concerns, escalating as necessary.
• Assist managers with inventory procedures and seasonal event set-ups.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a Coffee House setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Completion of high school or GED.
• Post-Employment - Obtain certifications: ServSafe Allergen, ServSafe Manager, RAMP, and Barista.
• Proven guest relations, problem-solving, task management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Child Labor Law regulations.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image.
