Starbucks Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily Starbucks Department operations
• Ensuring strong customer service and operational consistency
• Supporting hiring, training, coaching, and development of Starbucks associates
• Maintaining a customer-first environment and responding to service needs and concerns appropriately
• Cooking daily activities and responsibilities to support smooth workflow and service levels
• Executing company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards
• Managing ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage
• Supporting department sales, budgeting, and expense management
• Maintaining accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partners
• Completing required reporting and administrative responsibilities
