• Create ‘WOW’ moments for customers.
• Aid customers with their orders for various Starbucks services.
• Offer product suggestions and assist with special orders.
• Maintain quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Respond effectively and efficiently to customer inquiries.
• Build trustful relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Stock product and display areas according to merchandising standards.

• Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one.
• Show high organization and attention to detail.
• Have excellent listening and communication skills.
• Maintain good eye contact and positive body language.
• Be comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling product.
