Standardizations Evaluations Specialist Lead

Responsibilities

  • Maintain flight testing materials.
  • Update data in GTIMS, future equivalent systems to GTIMS, and locally developed computer database systems as required.
  • Maintain paper or digital aircrew records (as applicable), and complete annual reviews of member’s records.
  • In-process and out-process squadron members in records system as required.
  • Interface with HARM/SARM and personnel to update ARMS or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required.
  • Cook with training officer to review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable AFIs: AFMAN 11-202V2 and AFMAN 11-2MDS-V2 as well as associated MAJCOM/Installation supplements, and locally developed guidance.
  • Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person.
  • Generate the following reports/forms as required:
    • Squadron Check Ride Status Report (A006)
    • Evaluation and testing status and trend data reports
    • Data to OGV for standardization evaluation board (SEB)
    • Data to be provided to monthly Squadron Training Review Panels (STRP) and Squadron Certification Boards
    • Aircrew Qualification Level Summary (Letter of Xs) (A007)
    • A copy of work and final documents to OSO and Wing Stan/Eval (OGV)
    • Conduct monthly reviews of assigned/attached crew member evaluation dates and provide updates on completion progress as directed by AFI and locally directed guidance.
    • Update training and readiness status of squadron personnel monthly and attend applicable training meetings.
    • Perform set-up, maintenance, and restoration on EFB devices, to include:
      • Device activation
      • Device/application password reset
      • Device/application unlock
      • Initiate lost mode/device retrieval
    • Perform set-up, maintenance, and restoration functions on End User Stand Alone (EUSA) devices, to include:
      • Facilitate EUSA device set-up IAW the MDM provider and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
      • Initiate EUSA device operating system updates as approved by DISA and configuration profile provided by HQ AMC EFB Program Office.
    • Review audit logs for unauthorized access and/or configuration changes.
    • Contract Performance Support:
      • Ensure high-quality contract performance.
      • Monitor contract compliance with established standards.
      • Provides daily task guidance to team members as needed.
    • Customer Support and Relations:
      • Maintain strong relationships with squadron and group leadership.
      • Address customer concerns with Program Manager.
    • Onboarding Procedures:
      • Assist with welcoming and onboarding new team members.
      • Ensure new hires receive the necessary training and resources.
    • Guidance on PWS Requirements:
      • Provide guidance on Performance Work Statement (PWS) task requirements.
      • Offer insight into mission considerations relevant to tasks.
    • Time Off Considerations:
      • Manage time off requests (maternity, bereavement, PTO, military leaves).
      • Ensure adequate task coverage and support during team member absences.
    • Monthly Status Reporting:
      • Prepare and deliver the contractor monthly status report to the PM and upon PM approval submit to the customer.
      • Outline activities, accomplishments, and work performed for PWS tasks.
    • Team Member Training and Utilization:
      • Support training and development (annual training and position tasks).
      • Provide general supervisory to include but not limited to, tasking of duties, timesheet review and approvals, mentoring and counseling as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in scheduling software and systems with strong MS Office skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with crew members and internal teams.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
    • Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations.
    • Minimum 1 -2 years of related experience.
    • Must have an interim Secret clearance.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Possesses a Top-Secret clearance preferred.
    • Experience working in a Flying Squadron/Group/Wing Stan/Eval office is highly desirable.

    Pay and Benefits

    Hourly Rate: $23.24
