Stand Maintenance Engineer

Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000/year + benefitsWe're looking for a hands-on Stand Maintenance Engineer to help keep our coffee drive-thru stands running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a refrigeration, hotel, or facilities maintenance background who enjoys fixing things, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs. What You'll DoHandle small to medium repairs at our coffee stands (refrigeration, plumbing, minor electrical, appliance fixes, doors, fixtures, etc.)Troubleshoot and service commercial refrigeration units, ice machines, and other café equipmentCoordinate larger repairs with outside vendors when neededPerform routine maintenance and preventative checksTroubleshoot issues with modular buildings and café equipmentRespond to urgent repair needs to minimize downtimeWhat We're Looking ForRefrigeration experience required (EPA 608 certification a plus)Previous experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or similarComfortable working independently and solving problems on the flyExperience coordinating vendors and service providersWillingness to work late nights, overnights, and weekends as business demandsReliable transportation and ability to travel locallyAbout the StandsDrive-thru coffee stands only (~550 sq. ft.)Modular buildings with commercial appliances and refrigeration equipmentThis is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being the go-to person when something needs fixing.
